RECEPTIONISTS

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, welcoming new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.  Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.

LICENSED VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

Licensed Veterinary Technicians are responsible for assisting the doctors, daily treatment & nursing care of hospitalized patients, client communication, laboratory procedures, radiology, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment, hospital maintenance, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

VETERINARY ASSISTANT

Veterinary Assistants are responsible for ensuring each patient's comfort during their stay in the hospital, and assisting the doctors and technicians in the performance of their duties.  This includes client communication, patient handling, bathing and grooming, cleaning, feeding, laundry, and waste disposal.
